Job Title: Knowledge Lawyer - Corporate

Job Summary:

A leading global law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer with 8 years' PQE to support its Corporate Finance practice in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role involves drafting, updating, and automating legal precedents, providing current awareness on key developments, and responding to lawyer enquiries with expert, timely advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and automate legal precedents to support the Corporate Finance practice
  • Provide current awareness on key developments and trends in corporate finance law
  • Respond to lawyer enquiries with expert, timely advice and guidance
  • Contribute to client-facing initiatives and develop and deliver training programmes
  • Ensure the Group's knowhow is comprehensive and current

Requirements:

  • Law degree and current licence to practice
  • At least 8 years' experience in a London Corporate practice
  • Expertise in corporate finance law, particularly in relation to listed companies
  • Strong English language skills and effective time management
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the firm

About the Role:

The Knowledge Lawyer will play a vital role in fostering a knowledge-sharing culture, building relationships across the firm, and supporting the adoption of knowledge systems. Reporting to the Lead Knowledge Lawyer for the Global M&A Practice Group, this role offers the chance to contribute to a globally recognised practice and be part of a supportive and dynamic team.
