Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Press and Editorials:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with trade publications and industry editors.
    • Write and distribute press releases, articles, and opinion pieces to relevant trade publications.
    • Manage advertising contracts for trade publications.
    • Monitor and track editorial opportunities and placement results to enhance brand exposure.
  • HubSpot Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
    • Optimise campaigns based on performance analytics and data insights.
    • Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and workflows to drive lead generation.
  • LinkedIn Marketing:
    • Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Develop and execute LinkedIn campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn profile.
    • Monitor LinkedIn analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise accordingly.
  • Copywriting:
    • Write and edit compelling copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, blogs, email campaigns, sales events, trade shows, website content, and social media posts.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and tone, and SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with design team to create visually engaging content.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    • Maintain good relationships with relevant teams and stakeholders.
    • Support with gathering product information for stakeholder requests.
  • Organisation:
    • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage campaigns throughout an annual lifecycle.
    • Time management and prioritisation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or content creation roles.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
  • Experience managing and growing a professional LinkedIn presence.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of marketing copy.
  • Familiarity with trade press and editorial processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • B2B experience preferred.
