We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Room Leader at Mama Bear's Day Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
