We are seeking a dedicated and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ribble Court Care Home. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to develop and implement a varied daily activity program that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our care team to ensure that every individual receives the best possible care and support.

As an Activities Coordinator at Ribble Court Care Home, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a varied daily activity program that meets the needs and interests of our residents
  • Work closely with our residents, their families, and our care team to ensure that every individual receives the best possible care and support
  • Plan and deliver activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed
