Job Title: Supervisor

At Bicester Village, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our luxury watch boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a personalized experience
  • Support the Store Management team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct regular sales and customer service audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Store Management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our boutique remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of luxury watches and the ability to provide expert advice to customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
