The Position:
As a Residential Claims Specialist with Pertemps TM, you will be an integral part of our successful Home Claims division.
You will have the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, with arrangements tailored to your preferences and agreed upon with your supervisor.
Your duties will encompass:
" Assisting in the management of residential claims, ensuring equitable and precise settlements for claims of various complexities
" Fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain the esteemed reputation of Pertemps TM and our insurance partners
" Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
" Achieving relevant qualifications (Cert CILA/Cert CII) within the first year, if not already certified
" Employing strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
" Demonstrating proficiency in IT skills and maintaining electronic records to a high standard
" Collaborating with internal teams as necessary to ensure efficient claims processing
" Managing correspondence and addressing case inquiries under the guidance of adjusters
Required Skills:
" Outstanding customer service abilities with a proactive mindset
" Experience in claims or insurance is essential
" Strong written and verbal communication skills
" Ability to adjust communication styles for clients with specific needs
" Competency in IT skills and maintaining electronic records
" Willingness to collaborate and establish effective working relationships
" Proactive approach with the ability to work independently when necessary
" Commitment to accurate timekeeping and delivering technical expertise
