Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Manager to lead our Business Intelligence team at Project People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our data warehouse, ensuring timely delivery of reporting and development tasks, and collaborating with the business to align with our BI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead the data warehouse team, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of reporting and development tasks.
    • Collaborate with the business to align with the BI roadmap and future needs.
    • Advocate for the data warehouse team in business meetings.
  • Delivery & Improvement:
    • Oversee business operations and improve warehouse processes for better performance.
    • Ensure new data sources are integrated and aligned with business needs.
    • Optimize costs and ensure secure data access through role-based access control.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Database development and architecture.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • SQL Profiler, BCP.

Desirable Skills:

  • Telecoms industry experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
