Key Responsibilities- Proactively seek out and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase hydraulic tool capabilities, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to clients.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on product selection, application, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product management, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments, staying ahead of the curve to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently delivering results and meeting client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in the Hydraulics market, with a deep understanding of hydraulic tools, systems, and applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic tools, systems, and applications, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories (up to 50%), with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Competitive base salary in the range of up to £40,000 per annum.
- Commission-based incentives and bonuses for achieving sales targets, providing opportunities for growth and financial rewards.
