Position Overview
This role presents an exciting opportunity to become a vital member of our dedicated team, specializing in the construction of electrical wiring harnesses that meet our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the workshop manager to oversee daily operations of the harness workshop.
- Assist in the assembly of complex, first-time builds and prototypes.
- Select and manage lineside stock parts necessary for assembly.
- Report any build-related issues, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement to your line manager.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainee technicians.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area, including documentation, tools, and products.
- Conduct line inspections to ensure quality compliance.

Additional Duties
- Perform any tasks as required by the company to guarantee timely delivery of quality products and services to our customers.
- Adhere to all established procedures and processes to fulfill daily business requirements, including quality and health and safety standards.

Flexibility and Training
- Achieve effective continuity of agreed deadlines through adaptable working patterns.
- Actively engage in training programs provided by the company to uphold and enhance high-quality build standards.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience with multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses, particularly in motorsport and aerospace.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Cirris or similar electrical harness testing software.
