Position Available: Electrical Harness Assembly Specialist

This role presents a unique chance to become a vital member of our skilled team, focusing on the assembly of electrical harnesses that meet our high standards, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior engineers and the workshop supervisor in daily operations within the harness assembly area.
  • Contribute to the assembly of intricate first-time builds and prototypes.
  • Prepare components for the assembly process.
  • Identify and communicate any issues related to the build process and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians.
  • Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards and conduct line inspections.
  • Adhere to quality and health/safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  • Engage in training sessions to maintain and elevate assembly standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses in motorsport or aerospace sectors.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical schematics.
  • Familiarity with Cirris or comparable electrical harness testing software is a plus.
