At Big Mamma, we're on a mission to share authentic Italian cuisine with our customers in beautifully designed spaces. As a Food and Beverage Runner, you'll be part of our dynamic floor team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Run food and drinks to our guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Serve wine, desserts, and pasta directly to tables, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized floor environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Embody Big Mamma's values: a warm smile, professional attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.

Your Skills:

  • Passion for Italian food and culture.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, with a 5-day working week and 2 consecutive days off.
