In this dynamic position, you will work collaboratively within a diverse team, providing care to our clients across various Community Treatment Centres. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering you the opportunity to enhance and refine your clinical and professional expertise. We encourage applications from both seasoned professionals and newly qualified nurses. For those who are newly qualified, our i-belong Preceptorship Programme will serve as an excellent foundation to launch your career in nursing and midwifery.

Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks, allowing you to operate independently in both surgical and community treatment environments. Through our extensive training programs, you will have the chance to broaden your skill set, mastering competencies such as ultrasound scanning, implant and coil fitting, among others. As you advance and develop your abilities, you will be recognized and rewarded for your progress and accomplishments within MSI Reproductive Choices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be integral to our mission of delivering safe and effective abortion and contraception services, including Vasectomy, while adhering to the MSI Reproductive Choices principles of minimal intervention. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Services Matron and Clinical Team Leader, you will contribute to our client-focused approach, ensuring that reproductive rights are upheld and supported.

In this engaging role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, providing care to our clients in various Community Treatment Centres. Your work will be hands-on and fast-paced, allowing you to further develop and refine your clinical and professional skills. We welcome applications from both experienced nurses and those who are newly qualified, and if you're a newly qualified nurse or midwife, our i-belong Preceptorship Programme will provide you with an excellent foundation to kickstart your career in nursing and midwifery.

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including working independently in both surgical and community treatment centres. Through our comprehensive training, you'll have the opportunity to expand your competencies, mastering skills such as ultrasound scanning, implant and coil fitting, and more. As you progress and develop your skills, you'll be rewarded for your growth and achievements within MSI Reproductive Choices.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinical Services Matron/Clinical Team Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to deliver excellence in abortion and contraception care, as determined by the client, within the MSI Reproductive Choices philosophy of minimal intervention.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will care for our clients and support their reproductive rights within a multidisciplinary team. You can expect to work in a client-centered, hands-on, and fast-paced environment where you will be encouraged and empowered to develop and strengthen your clinical and professional skills.
