Key Responsibilities- Quality Concern Management: Manage and resolve quality concerns related to design and specification, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects with multi-functional teams, including factory, service, and design, to deliver results and achieve department targets.
- Investigation and Analysis: Travel to incident vehicles to investigate operational environments and customer concerns, providing actionable insights to inform product development.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency and quality across all markets.
- Education: University degree in Automotive and/or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable problem analysis and solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Have a flexible attitude towards conducting work priorities based on other categories, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Technical Skills: Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in troubleshooting and testing software systems, including infotainment, navigation, and telematics.
- Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of power electronics, HEV, EV, energy management, and high voltage systems, including PCU and IPU.
- Communication Skills: Excellent knowledge of electrical components, sensors, automotive system architectures, and communication protocols.
