Job Title: AppDynamics APM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AppDynamics APM Specialist to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As an AppDynamics APM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of AppDynamics APM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on AppDynamics APM solutions, including troubleshooting complex issues and tuning for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AppDynamics APM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into application performance and health.
  • Configure and manage AppDynamics Agents and machine agents to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Design and implement synthetic monitoring solutions to simulate user interactions and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AppDynamics APM features and best practices to ensure our solutions are optimized for maximum value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with AppDynamics APM solutions, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design and implement complex solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Desirable Skills:

  • AppDynamics certification and/or experience with other APM solutions.
  • Knowledge of ThousandEyes and other network monitoring tools.
