GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Safety Check Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the property & facilities management division, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring full property compliancy through statutory safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage statutory safety checks, including gas safety inspections and PAT / EICR tests.
  • Log, diarise and book safety checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Print and distribute monthly error & warning reports for all safety checks.
  • Obtain funds from landlords to cover safety check costs.
  • Monitor contractor performance and timeframes, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Tenancy Progression and Accounts teams to ensure certificates are ready and invoices are paid.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days remote). The office is located in Marylebone, close to Baker Street or Marble Arch tube stations.
