About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties in London. This position requires a strong understanding of Lettings and Property Management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of high-net-worth residential properties.
    • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct regular property inspections and condition reports.
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with high-quality contractors.
    • Ensure compliance with landlord and tenant legislation.
    • Manage rent collection and arrears.
    • Assist with lease renewals and tenancy terminations.
  • Tenancy Progression:
    • Manage the entire tenancy lifecycle, including move-in and move-out processes.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and credit scores for potential tenants.
    • Prepare tenancy agreements and deposit registrations.
    • Handle deposit disputes and returns efficiently.
    • Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Property Management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
