About the Role:
The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead their people team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to ensure the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the People Team, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Provide expert support with Employee Relations casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review, monitor, and update HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the headcount budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Oversee the management and review of all benefits, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Assist with the delivery of internal training programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Senior Leadership team, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, driving business improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Generalist HR role, with a track record of managing a team and delivering results.
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent management and leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- The drive to improve performance and deliver exceptional results, with a focus on business outcomes.
