We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Wall Street, a residential home in Hereford city centre. As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injury or stroke.

Your primary responsibility will be to take direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need to thrive. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication, and participate in sleep-in sessions.
