Health and Safety Manager Opportunity

Energis Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a successful manufacturing business based near Lisburn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the health and safety function within the plant, working closely with all business units to ensure health and safety is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments in all areas and on all machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement health and safety management systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Nebosh or NVQ).
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety management improvement systems and techniques.
  • Experience of producing risk assessments and carrying out health and safety audits.
