Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team in Cardiff. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing a book of clients, processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, and aspects of finance work. You will also handle additional queries presented via the telephone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks.
  • Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
  • Through training, coaching, and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all schemes that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a client/customer-facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage, etc.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
