We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our National Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with Lidl, one of the top grocery accounts in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trade agreements to drive business growth
  • Create annual growth plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage P&L and devise and implement JBP's to optimize performance
  • Work closely with key decision makers within the account to maintain and grow performance

About the Role:

This is a traditional National Account Manager role, where you will be solely focused on the growth and development of your given account, Lidl. You will be dealing with key decision makers within the account, including Buyers, Technical and NPD, working closely with them to maintain and grow performance.

Requirements:

  • Ideally an individual on an upward trajectory in their career - someone at NAE/Junior NAM level looking for a step up in their career
  • Currently be managing one of the top 6/7 grocery accounts
  • Have a demonstrable track record in developing and maintaining trade agreements, creating annual growth plans, managing P&L and devising and implementing JBP's
  • Align with the company's values - Integrity, Respect and Accountability

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary between £40-60'000 (dependent on current package and experience)

Location:

The role will be predominantly office based at our site in the Malton, to encourage strong internal relationships with all departments, as well as to enable collaboration within the National Accounts team, so you will be need to live within commutable distance.
