About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Manager or Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at ersg Ltd. As a key member of our Onshore Wind portfolio, you will be responsible for leading the civil engineering design process across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Civil Engineering Design: Oversee the development of civil engineering designs for our Onshore Wind projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Procurement and Management: Coordinate the procurement and management of civil, ground, and access engineering consultants to deliver high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Risk Management: Provide regular reports, recommendations, and risk management advice on civil engineering matters to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
  • Collaboration and Site Inspections: Work closely with Tier 1 Contractors to ensure civil works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct site inspections and respond to technical queries as needed.
  • Project Preparation: Prepare projects for Financial Investment Decision (FID) stages and procurement activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design to project completion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
