Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our Facilities Management Team. This role involves maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-kept environment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Operative, your duties will include:
- Conducting minor general maintenance and support tasks across various sites.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance as required.
- Executing weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests and water temperature checks.
- Carrying out minor repairs to building fabric and performing light decorating tasks.
- Assisting with minor plumbing and joinery repairs.
- Completing general ad-hoc tasks while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A diverse skill set with practical experience in maintenance trades.
- A proactive attitude and strong customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The capability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with tablets and common software applications.
- A valid UK driver's license for roles covering multiple sites.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving of equipment.
