Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, your expertise in security management will be essential in fulfilling both functional and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Operations Supervisor, you will:
• Direct all security operations to meet current and future organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to achieve operational success.
• Implement security protocols consistently across all areas.
• Oversee and report on security inspections conducted by regulatory bodies.
• Manage and maintain security technology to ensure effective operations.
• Identify and assess security threats and vulnerabilities, documenting and mitigating risks.
• Contribute to strategic security planning to integrate security into business processes.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support security objectives.
• Promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
• Lead and develop security teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of security services.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Fulfill responsibilities as a Crypto Custodian, conducting necessary audits and reviews.
• Conduct security investigations and respond to critical incidents.
• Provide expert security advice and guidance.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Operational Security Management, preferably in the Defence sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team motivation.
• Experience in policy implementation and compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience in a Crypto Custodian role or similar.
• Understanding of operational requirements and approved equipment processes.
• Skills to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to manage issues to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information at senior levels.

Candidates must meet the security vetting requirements.
