About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Caretaker/Cleaner for a temporary assignment in the Medway area. This role may offer opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the buildings
  • Driving a company vehicle (ideally with a clean driving license or maximum 3 penalty points for insurance purposes)

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning and caretaking experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm
