The Larch C ward is dedicated to the acute care of elderly patients, accommodating 33 beds. Our commitment to patient safety is paramount, and we strive to ensure an exceptional patient experience from the moment of admission through to discharge, addressing all physical and mental health requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Larch C provides comprehensive care for elderly patients with diverse needs, ranging from those who are acutely ill to those managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities include complex discharge planning and end-of-life care.
