Vanta Staffing Limited is seeking to enhance its customer service team with a dedicated and skilled professional who can effectively engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in accordance with service level agreements.
2. Assisting walk-in clients while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional customer care.
3. Managing and updating proprietary software systems.
4. Conducting outbound communications with customers, logistics partners, and couriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Coordinating bookings and liaising with drivers and external suppliers.
6. Maintaining and updating all customer relationship management (CRM) systems and third-party carrier platforms.
