Job Overview:

The Activities Director will lead project teams to successfully plan, develop, and execute product activities to market in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initial project brief to completion in market, ensuring timely delivery and finding solutions when off-track.
  • Create and manage project timelines, identifying critical paths, key decision points, and issues that require escalation.
  • Coordinate implementation, including ensuring new product launches, communicating with distributors, managing coding information, and commercial contract setup.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide best-in-class learning and development support, including access to in-house training programs.
  • Offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Proven business experience in a related field, including 1 year of project management experience or related work.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
