Job Purpose:To provide a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Carry out daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Empty and clean bins, and remove waste to designated areas.
- Separate waste for recycling.
- Clean toilet areas, including replenishing toilet rolls and soap.
- Conduct deep cleans, including cleaning skirting boards, walls, and internal and external glass.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Waterloo Lodge School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 11-18, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for our pupils, who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
