Searchability NS&D is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in a contract opportunity.
- We are looking for a professional with expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters to provide guidance and support to our clients' employees.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the objectives of our clients' HSE management systems and strategies.
- Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits of HSE management systems, delivering comprehensive Health and Safety inductions to new employees, and collaborating in HSE meetings and working groups.
- The HSE Advisor will also participate in or lead HSE investigations, manage HSE training requirements, and coordinate with HR on occupational health and other necessary adjustments.
- Additionally, the candidate will assist in EcoOnline reviews, ensure accurate input of employee and environmental data, and support the planning and execution of external audits.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of competency and when to provide advice, as well as proficiency in functional HSE management systems.
- NEBOSH HSE certificate is essential, and familiarity with statutory tools and resources for decision support is highly desirable.
