The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Operations Director to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience of industrial and commercial projects is essential.
- Proven experience as a construction Project Manager with a main building contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
