Your Responsibilities
- Assist nursery staff in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) by engaging children in fun and educational activities, supporting their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
- Collaborate with the team to complete essential daily tasks in accordance with nursery requirements, including hygiene standards and room preparation.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding.
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, nurturing, and secure environment.
What We Seek
- A Full and Relevant Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification.
- Prior experience working with children in roles such as Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar.
- A genuine passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and adults.
- A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles.
- Flexibility and adaptability in your approach.
