Position DetailsSalary: £43,250 - £45,000
Location: Various regions across the South
Driving license is necessary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review individual care packages.
- Provide practical training and clinical supervision to care staff.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to guide healthcare workers in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Engage with Integrated Care Boards, Case Management, Social Services, and both private and NHS healthcare facilities.
- Participate in our paid on-call support rota on a rotational basis.
Applicants must be Registered Nurses with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this fulfilling role, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, and empathetic.
