About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D CAD Designer to join our team at Lebus Upholstery. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for our products, working closely with our development team to bring new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new products and product lines, using 3D CAD software to create detailed designs and prototypes.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure that designs are feasible and meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions and improve our products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in 3D CAD design, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including aesthetics, functionality, and usability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar.
