About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Pathway Lead. This is a full-time role that will play a critical part in the success of our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our Pioneer Pathway, working closely with our learning support workers to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance. This role requires strong planning and curriculum delivery skills, as well as the ability to create and maintain great working relationships with colleagues.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a holistic and person-centred approach to learning. The ideal candidate will have a desire to play a central leadership role within the college and be motivated by leading and developing others.
