  • Managing carer annual leave and ensuring sufficient cover for customers
  • Keeping internal IT systems updated with changes in carers
  • Participating in on-call support on a rotational basis

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in domiciliary care, have their own car, and live within the local area. They will also possess strong planning and communication skills, be a confident team player, and work well under pressure.
