About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Risk Coordinator to join our team at Adult Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the company, and that staff are adhering to the SSSC code of practice.

You will conduct regular risk assessments, suggest improvements to the service based on audits, and provide training support where required. Our client is committed to providing an exceptional service and is seeking a Quality and Risk Coordinator who is keen to join them on their journey to help ensure continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
  2. Suggest and implement improvements to the service based on audit findings
  3. Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are adhering to the SSSC code of practice
  4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality and risk management strategies
  5. Monitor and report on quality and risk management metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  1. Experience within a Home Care environment
  2. SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a Nursing degree)
  3. Experience of supervision/management of other staff members
  4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  5. Full and clean driving licence
