Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Specialist to enhance our maintenance team. In this role, you will be tasked with performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties to ensure that all hotel facilities and equipment are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on the hotel's systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Addressing maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Conducting regular assessments of the hotel's facilities to identify and resolve maintenance concerns swiftly.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, including costs, completed work, and materials utilized.
  • Supporting the execution of preventative maintenance initiatives to keep all equipment and facilities in excellent condition.
  • Assisting in managing external contractors and vendors, ensuring that all tasks are completed to high standards and within budget constraints.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure all maintenance work is performed safely.
  • Supporting additional tasks and projects as directed by the Maintenance Manager or senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar setting.
  • Strong technical abilities and a solid understanding of building systems.
