Deputy Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to oversee our childcare facility. This role encompasses the responsibilities of leading the baby room, which caters to infants under 2 years of age.

  • Essential: Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Proven experience in supervising staff within a UK Nursery environment
  • Previous experience managing a baby room is crucial
  • Ability to commute to the nursery location and commit to full-time hours
  • Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and capacity to provide references

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the baby room and oversee staff performance
  • Step in as the Nursery Manager during their absence
  • Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operations
  • Address parent inquiries in a professional manner

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: £28,110.83-£32,000.00 annually
