We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our nursery.

Your Role:
  • Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of childcare and education, adhering to the EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Supervise and support staff development, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent care and education.
  • Assist with training and appraisals, helping to identify areas for improvement and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Confidence in leading and supporting a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a strong focus on organization and time management.
