About the Operations Coordinator Role:
In the capacity of Operations Coordinator, you will be delivering long-term temporary assistance to our esteemed global engineering client.

Your role will be pivotal within the support framework, collaborating closely with both the Operations Support and Project Management Departments.

Following the initial training phase, a hybrid working model will be implemented, requiring office presence once or twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:
As the ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator position, you should possess experience in:
  • Generating purchase orders, procuring spare components, fulfilling orders, and coordinating with third-party couriers and clients.
  • Handling financial tasks such as invoice creation, managing back charges, and processing purchase and sales credits.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of all inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation requests, along with processing Travel Purchase invoices.
  • Assisting with Site Access requests, scheduling induction sessions, and ordering office supplies and personal protective equipment.
  • Overseeing multiple email accounts for both departments and delegating tasks to colleagues.
  • Coordinating the administration of training programs and workshops.
This position is well-suited for individuals with backgrounds as Operations Support Administrators, Project Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, or Order Fulfillment Specialists.
