About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Director of Engineering to join our team in Coastal Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our exciting projects and contributing to our mission to deliver industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct teams in technical design work, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards in design, promoting technical excellence and best practice.
  • Grow and develop coastal engineering capability within the practice, driving innovation and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated design solutions, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design.
