About the Role
Unseen UK is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support the delivery of our policy impact projects. As a Survivor Involvement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the voices of survivors are at the forefront of our research and advocacy work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collation of lived experience voices into our research work focused on policy impact on what really works to prevent modern slavery.
- Work closely with the Policy & Partnerships Manager, the Policy & Partnerships Officer, Senior Caseworkers, and Unseen's Survivor Consultant Volunteers.
- Be responsible for supporting and improving our wellbeing activities, survivor voice forum, and consultant focus groups.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the issues surrounding modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
