Job Title: Sales Engineer - Compressed Air Solutions

Reporting to: Director

Position Overview

United Air Power is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Engineer specializing in Compressed Air Solutions to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting enterprises across the Northwest & Midlands in pinpointing, evaluating, and cultivating prospects that yield efficient, outcome-driven solutions. A solid grasp of project pre-engineering is essential, coupled with commercial insight acquired from experience in the industrial sector, particularly in Compressed Air technologies, such as Rotary Screw Compressors, Air Treatment systems, and Nitrogen Generation apparatus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Compressed Air sector.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Location: Northwest & Midlands

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical sales role within an industrial B2B context.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week

Salary Range: Basic £42,000 - £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Sales CommissionHealth Care Provision
