About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services Team at Napier AI. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our AI enhanced platform, Napier Continuum, to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients' business and IT teams to understand their data integration needs and configure the Napier data model and APIs.
  • Design and implement data processing pipelines, perform JSON/XML manipulation, and run architecture and data security meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and ensure successful solution roll-out and service transition.
  • Provide technical support to clients, iterate requirements, and deliverables to enhance customer success through alignment with core product capabilities.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in data integration and networking with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SAAS, Azure/AWS, and ETL tools, such as Apache NiFi.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API Design, HTTP, and Webhooks, as well as API Gateways, JSON, and XML.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing client project tasks.
