About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services Team at Napier AI. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our AI enhanced platform, Napier Continuum, to clients. Your expertise in data migration, software configuration, and upgrade experience will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients' business and IT teams to understand data feeds and configure the Napier data model and APIs.
  • Develop and implement data transformations for migration and upgrades, perform JSON/XML manipulation, database queries, and build data processing pipelines.
  • Run architecture and data security meetings with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our platform.
  • Provide technical support to clients, iterate requirements, and deliverables to enhance customer success through alignment with core product capabilities.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in data integration and networking with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SAAS, Azure/AWS, Service Level Objective/Non-Functional Requirement Analysis, and Technical authoring for product/project documentation.
  • Knowledge of System Integration Architecture, Enterprise Integration Patterns, File based integrations, ETL tools, and Apache NiFi.
