We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sensory Qualitative Research Manager to join our team at MMR Research. As a key member of our sensory community, you will be responsible for leading qualitative sensory research projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and delivering high-quality results that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute qualitative sensory research studies to understand consumer behavior and preferences
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop research strategies to meet their needs
  • Lead a team of researchers to collect and analyze data, and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies to continuously improve research quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sensory qualitative research, with a strong background in consumer insights and market research
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication
