Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Support Specialist, your primary role will be to accurately record and manage financial transactions related to the purchase ledger. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Verifying invoices and entering them into the accounting system, followed by authorizing payments.
  • Providing timely updates to suppliers regarding their account status upon request.
  • Assisting with the management of the Purchase Ledger inbox.
  • Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of effective accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
  • Exporting invoices into the accounting ledgers.
  • Demonstrating relevant experience in an accounts support role.
