Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for driving and leading projects for external customers, working closely with our clients to design and deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities, including the design and execution of experiments, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our clients, the R&D team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all research and development activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: PhD (or equivalent) in biology, bioengineering, or a related subject.
  • Experience: Significant experience working in a regulated environment, with expertise in primary cell cultures and qPCR.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Experience working in life sciences, with an understanding of working in a regulated environment. Familiarity with organ-on-a-chip or advanced primary cell culture methods.
