Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to children and young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
